Relay is a workflow automation tool for running and automating recurring operational playbooks. With Relay, you can make sure that things get done well and on time, every time.

Relay integrates with Zoom and other tools you’re already using to automate repetitive tasks, meaning less work for your team, and more consistent results. Managing new meeting registrants or new event registrants - Relay makes it easy to keep your team involved in workflows that need a human touch.

Setting up the integration

  1. Open up the Relay dashboard

  2. In the left menu, click Integrations. Find Zoom or Zoom Events and click **Connect. (**Note that to use Zoom Events, you’ll need to have separate licenses in Zoom)

  3. Accept the requested permissions to grant Relay access to Zoom

Disabling the integration

  1. Go to the Zoom or Zoom Events entry on the Integrations page (as described above in Setting up the integration)
  2. Click the Disconnect button to disable the integration
